From the front desk w/ Shantelle (I’m so sorry if I spelled your name wrong), and then the beautiful Kim who did my cleaning, to Dr. Ruiz and his assistant - they were all absolutely wonderful. I didn’t feel weird w/ the environment or feel judged with my teeth.

Dr. Jackson and Melanie has always been very caring with me, even as I struggle with dental care with my depression. They have not once made me feel bad about my weak spots with my teeth and oral care. My friend Joshua recommended me to them after a long list of of bad experiences with other dentists. I don’t see myself going to any other dental clinic, by choice, in the foreseeable future. The other dentist, Dr Ruiz, is also very kind. The staff at the front desk is also very nice. There’s this one specific lady with glasses (I think) at the front who sits on the right who is always helping me figure out insurance. Everyone is very kind and supportive and they treat everyone with tenderness.

I appreciate the the entire process that Dr. Jackson and his team provide. From scheduling, reminders, their ontime professionalism, thorough comfortable work, and good communication on ways to maintain good oral health. I am a long time client and I value their consistency.

The Hygienist who works with Karen and I is the best. She is very personable and does her job exceptionally well. We love her and know when she is working with us that our teeth will be exceptionally clean. Today (071723) I called for an emergency repair on a broken tooth. The dentist (Dr Jackson) had me come in at noon. I’m sure it was during his lunch. He evaluated the problem and we decided that I needed a crown. He prepared the tooth for the crown and believe it or not, he made the crown, installed it and I was as on my way in about an hour and one half. Well pleased. They went out of their way to help me. Thank you all!

When I go to Red Pine Dental they are always friendly. Both Dentists are great. With all the patients they see, Dr. Ruiz remembers what we talked about 6 months or even a year earlier that had nothing to do with my teeth. He has a great memory. Impressive. They do exceptionally good dental work. The atmosphere of the office is quiet and calm, something my autistic spectrum sons picked up on immediately. They are also very friendly, and professional. There are no hard sells, nor criticism for not brushing and flossing every single day perfectly. They accept your dental hygiene problems without drama. If you don’t have dental insurance, they have a $299 a year dental plan of their own that will get you 2 free hygiene cleaning appointments and then 20% off any needed dental work for 12 months; which is not that much different that what dental insurance covers.

I made an appointment with Dr. Jackson, three mollers are in terrible pain. He finds that I have a bad infection and even though my time should have been 15 minutes. It turned into over an hour He took the time to take care of me right then! Dr. Jackson performed a root canal which is difficult due to all of my teeth being crowned. Cleaned out the infection and had me scheduled to follow up immediately. Dr. Jackson and his staff are the very best and most professional people I've ever had the pleasure of being their patient, with beautiful work and pleasant conversation.
